Overview
Collaborating closely with the Spins team, I developed a custom Content Management System (CMS) to streamline the management of their multi-location operation. The CMS allows Spins to effortlessly manage and update events at all locations, and keep location details and menus current.
In addition, we conceptualized and implemented the Spinner’s Edge rewards program, a customer engagement tool designed to increase loyalty and repeat business. This web-based program enables customers to sign up and check in at any Spins location, earning points that can be redeemed for monthly prizes.
The new Spins web application has significantly simplified the task of managing multiple locations, keeping patrons informed about upcoming events, and maintaining up-to-date menus. Furthermore, the Spinner’s Edge program has been a resounding success, increasing customer loyalty and engagement, and fostering a sense of community among Spins patrons. The platform is not only a tool for business operation but also an interactive hub that enhances the overall customer experience.
By focusing on collaboration and understanding the client’s needs, I was able to deliver a solution that achieves Spins’s objectives and positions them for future growth.
